One Night Standards

The One Night Standards is another quad city band that more people should go and see. They are very good and hard to put any kind of label on. Best guess is Surfabilly. They have no vocals and loads of raw power and energy. They are in the studio right now and I can't wait to hear what they release.

Dari or Pashto

I might be going on a trip in a couple of months. To see an exotic place that I have only seen on the tele. My wife is "super" excited for me to go...I would like to learn a little more about the language before I go. Sooooo The question is which do I learn if I was to stay in a place like oh, I don't know,,,.Kabul for a year or so, Pashto or Dari.

The Super Bowl Was Super

Holy cow, That was one of the best Super Bowls I have seen since the Rams beat the Titans. I thought for sure the pats would do better. Good for the Giants, It was very exciting.
