I Am Home
I am home, Flew through Romania, Germany, Iceland and finally Wisconsin. Than flew to Chicago, to Moline and drove to Iowa. Glad to be done, other than re-integration and a 90 day drill.

Another Boy
I found out on Wednesday night for me (here) that Kristi and I are going to have a boy. It is pretty cool, now I am even, no more kids. We are going to name him Simon Henry after my gggrandfather and Henry after Kristi’s grandpa. Coming home pretty soon. Got my PPD taken today and turned some other stuff in, can’t wait to out-process and get the heck out of here.

Today we went on a Humanitarian Mission. There is a village not far from here, about an hour. We delivered back packs and school supplies. More importantly we had the ribbon cutting ceremony to open the boys and girls school. It has been in the works for a while and I am glad that we get to open it before we leave this place. I think that education is the key to this whole country. Any how, it was a long day and I am tired but I feel very satisfied about what we have done here. The picture is of a village that we had to drive through to get there (a little tight around the corners)

Some Nimrod
I am pissed. Some Anonymous guy/gal decided to call me a moron on my blog the other day because of a statement i made about the Oder of the Afghan soldiers. I would like to address that chicken shit piece of garbage. They do have running water here, you are a fucking piece of shit, I am busting my ass over here and you feel the need to make a comment like that. I would like to punch you right in your snot locker. It is obvious that you are a coward since you left an anonymous post, If you have something to say than man-up and say it. (Mr. Anonymous), Go bury your head in a fucking hole and let us real soldiers do our jobs. This blog is for my friends and family to track how I am doing and how I feel at the time. Thanks to you I have to moderate my comments. I am glad you are out of the 33rd probably a dishonorable discharge.

We went to Camp Warehouse on Friday. Ate at the French DEFACT (Chow Hall), the bread was pretty good. Looked around checked out some of the PX’s, basically just to get of Camp Alamo for a few hours before the Elections. Things are probably going to be a little more restricted in the next few weeks. Any how we ate at a German restaurant and it was pretty darn good.

A buddy of mine scored me a Blackhawks Jersey from Korea. It was super cheap and great looking. It is weird having anything Hockey related here although i do have a Blackhawks poster hanging on the outside of my door for all the Taliban to see. That's ok they don't shoot to well anyhow. Yesterday I did my last Humanitarian Mission. We went to a village and hung out next to a garbage heap. Smelled fantastic, just like this country. I will be coming home pretty soon (thank goodness). I am in the market for a good amp and guitar (my reward for coming to this place), I am thinking about a Telecaster and a Hot Rod Deluxe or Deville, Who knows. I will see everyone very soon. We will have a party at the VFW maybe on the 26 of September if I make it back by then.
